MTBF چیست

در این مقاله میخواهیم در مورد اینکه MTBF چیست و چه مفهومی دارد صحبت کنیم . MTBF یا Mean time between failures به معنی میانگین زمان بین خرابی ها است . MTBF به عنوان میانگین (میانگین حسابی) زمان بین خرابی های محصول تولیدی توسط یک کارخانه دانست . دستگاه های مکانیکی و الکترونیکی دارای عمر کارکرد هستند که بعد از سپری کردن زمانی خراب می شوند شرکت های تولید کننده بین دستگاه هایی که خراب شده اند , میانگین زمانی که طول کشیده تا خراب شود را محاسبه می کنند که به آن MTBF یا میانگین زمان بین خرابی ها می نامند . به عنوان مثال یک هارددیسک در نظر بگیر .مثلا این هارددیسک دارای میانگین زمان بین خرابی ها مثلا ۳۰۰۰۰۰ ساعت را دارد .
